Christina Friedman

Family Law Attorney

Attorney Christina Lukacsy Friedman is excited to join the team at Halligan LLC, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in family law and estate planning. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Christina earned her B.A. in history from the University of California, Davis. After working in the financial industry and starting a family, she pursued her passion for family law by attending the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver, where she interned for Colorado Legal Services in their Family and Children Unit, the Honorable Ross B.H. Buchanan, and was a judicial fellow for the Honorable Michael J. Vallejos in the 2nd judicial district.

Christina has spent her legal career focusing on family law, including complex cases involving dissolutions of marriage, APRs (custody), post-decree modifications, relocations, putative and common law marriages, petitions for invalidity of marriage, and prenup invalidation and enforcement. With her comprehensive command of family law and its intersection with other areas of practice, she is well-equipped to provide excellent legal services to clients at Halligan LLC.

Christina’s clients appreciate her candor, ability to assess situations quickly, articulate their needs, and sensitivity during what is often a very difficult time in their lives. Christina knows firsthand the high stakes involved in family law proceedings and is committed to advocating for her clients with dedication and understanding.

In her free time, Christina enjoys cycling, gardening, playing piano and guitar, and spending time with her two children while enjoying all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.
