We are seeking associate family law attorneys, who are passionate about helping individuals who are going through a divorce and protecting clients and children.
We are not your typical small law firm. Our entrepreneurial law firm is poised for aggressive growth, and we’re looking for an attorney who can hit the ground running to give our clients outstanding representation. Ideal candidates have 3 or more years of experience practicing family law, have strong litigation experience and can demonstrate the ability to learn quickly.
We are looking for a team player willing to take ownership of a client’s case, including direct contact with clients and opposing counsel, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and handling mediations and conferences, pretrial hearings, and trials. You need to have strong skills in the following areas: research, writing, courtroom presentation, and common technology.
Skills and experience are appreciated and valued, and certainly considered, but your personality, character, intelligence, and integrity are also extremely important considerations. High-maintenance, humorless, self-entitled, or self-important individuals will not succeed in this position and need not apply.

We are seeking paralegals with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Colorado family law with knowledge of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure applicable to domestic litigation, court procedure, and deadlines. In addition, skillset must include, but is not limited to:
- Ability to draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, discovery;
- Ability to prepare sworn financial statements and mandatory disclosures and child support and maintenance calculations;
- Ability to maintain and organize electronic files,
- Ability to review discovery and financial disclosures in detail;
- Ability to assist attorneys in preparation for trial, including with trial management certificates, exhibits, etc.; and
- Ability to assist attorneys in court, scheduling depositions, hearings, and mediation.
